In the event of differences, disputes or disagreements (Disputes) which may arise between the parties, CorefocusX and the Customer shall discuss and attempt to resolve any Dispute where not otherwise specifically provided for in these Conditions. If the Dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute through a mediator as recommended to the parties by the Jersey Chamber of Commerce for a Channel Island based Customer or through an Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure for a UK or EU based Customer recommended to the parties by the Centre for Dispute Resolution. Each participant will be liable for their parts of the costs of the mediation process.
